Installation
All prices include delivery and set-up. Our factory trim-out specialists will take special care in constructing your new home and a comprehensive walk-through is done before we ever leave your property. Of course, all items are completed within 30 days after set-up.
Site Improvement
Cavalier Quality Homes & Better Homes Plus can include the following improvements to your finance package: driveways, septic systems, water well, electrical and utility hookups, porches, garages, brick underpinning etc.
Insurance
We have our own licensed insurance agent of staff to assist you with your insurance and extended home protection needs.
Land/Home Packages
We can finance not only the home, but also the land to put it on. The land, the home, and any additions and improvements such as garages, porches, utility hookups, septic systems, and water wells carried for up to 30 years with FHA, Fannie Mae, VA and Conventional home mortgages.
Custom Home Building
We are one of the few dealerships in the area that can do major changes to the floor plan. We offer reverse floor plans…we can stretch or shorten the length of a home, we can make a 28"-wide interior, move walls, door, and windows, etc. Change one of our standard floor plans. Bring the drawing to us and will make your dreams a reality. We have one of the most extensive custom building capabilities.
